ABOUT US

Sattva Healing Arts offers a space where the body and spirit are soothed, the heart nurtured and the mind acknowledged; creating a supportive pathway into deeper healing.

SATTVA [suht-vuh]Sanskrit 'being, essence,' the quality of spiritual goodness and purity, manifested as intelligence, virtue, and joy, one of the three gunas (qualities of nature) of Hindu philosophy

Dan and I have created Sattva Healing Arts from a combined 40 years in the industry to offer high quality bodywork, purification and natural home design to ultimately enhance the health of our clients, the community and our collective consciousness.

We believe that through purifying the mind, body and spirit of limiting beliefs, traumas and wounds of our human experience we will we get to more fully enjoy peace and joy in this life.  Embracing the shadow and the light to free attention and allow our intuition to guide us into the ultimate freedom.  Being free from the traps of the ego, reactions, negative cycles and attachments.  When we bear witness to our experiences and choose how we are going to engage in any given circumstance we will gain conscious control - this is not to proclaim perfection but more to celebrate our quest to inner harmony and acknowledgement when we are engaged in the unconscious. Your happiness, vitality and success are important to us.

We look forward to connecting and doing our best to serve you very soon. Namaste! Cindy

Beth Desotelle

Certified Massage Therapist (Meraki Massage)

I have been moving through my life with creativity and soul since I was a child! My enthusiasm for movement has allowed me to work professionally in the performing arts singing, dancing and acting for over 25 years! My combined experiences in the performing arts, fitness, motherhood, and the healing arts have given me a broad perspective of what it takes to maintain a strong, flexible mind and body. I became a Certified Massage Therapist in 1997, receiving my degree from the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe, NM. Over the past 20 years I have studied many different healing modalities: Swedish Deep Tissue, CranioSacral Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Ortho-Bionomy, Neuromuscular Massage, Qi Gong, and Reflexology. All of my techniques are integrated into a unique “potpourri” of therapeutic healing massage that guide people through a variety of physical and emotional transitions, enhancing their sense of self-awareness, relieving all types of stress, increasing mobility and improving overall wellbeing. My mission is to create a safe comfortable place for you to reconnect your whole body, mind, and soul, to allow relaxation and inner peace to organically integrate into your life and to restore your overall health and wellbeing.
