Join this expertly led Yoga class and feel safe and empowered through your practice. You’ll experience a beautiful yoga class focused on stretching and strengthening your body, quieting your busy mind, and preparing you for your upcoming birth. Learn poses that will calm your aches and pains, visualizations and breathing techniques that will prepare you for your birth and learn tools to reduce your stress, improve sleep, and empower your labor and delivery. This class is open to all levels at any stage of pregnancy.

Given birth? This is a wonderful class to recover in and regain your strength. Join us when you are 6 weeks postpartum or have an "OK" from your doctor.

YOGA for FLEXIBILITY with Jennifer Davis

Whatever your level of flexibility, you can benefit from this unique alignment-based class. Tight students will increase flexibility, and flexible students will build strength to support their mobility. Explore how to use modifications and props to improve your practice. It's not about being able to touch your toes!

IRON JOHN at SATTVA is a multicultural men’s healing circle, and is governed by spiritual and universal laws of safety, confidentiality, integrity, informed consent, and referral. It is not a substitute for dual-recovery treatment nor counseling. The organizers and facilitators reserve the right to discern eligibility for participation and resolve conflicts in an appropriate and decisive manner.
