I have been moving through my life with creativity and soul since I was a child! My enthusiasm for movement has allowed me to work professionally in the performing arts singing, dancing and acting for over 25 years! My combined experiences in the performing arts, fitness, motherhood, and the healing arts have given me a broad perspective of what it takes to maintain a strong, flexible mind and body. I became a Certified Massage Therapist in 1997, receiving my degree from the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe, NM. Over the past 20 years I have studied many different healing modalities: Swedish Deep Tissue, CranioSacral Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Ortho-Bionomy, Neuromuscular Massage, Qi Gong, and Reflexology. All of my techniques are integrated into a unique “potpourri” of therapeutic healing massage that guide people through a variety of physical and emotional transitions, enhancing their sense of self-awareness, relieving all types of stress, increasing mobility and improving overall wellbeing.
