My classes are fun, lighthearted, and nonjudgmental. I love to try new classes around the cities, and my sequencing from week to week is often reflective of what has inspired me lately. Some classes are prop-heavy and inspired by the Iyengar lineage, whereas other classes explore functional, active mobility without ever moving through a “flow.”

A great way to try out Kundalini yoga! We will use a set of easy postures combined with some movements, breath work (pranayama). These sets of movements are called kriyas and they are done with a meditative focus to build physical vitality and to awaken our dulled consciousness from living life. Bringing into synchronization - sound, breath, posture, mind and movements - Kundalini aims to develop your inner spiritual awareness while freeing the movement and flow within your seven chakras from the base of your spine to the crown of your head.
During the "sound bath" portion, you will experience vibrational sound waves of the gong wash over you during savasana, bringing you into a deep and meditative state of mind.
The Gong Bath is an integral part of ancient Kundalini yoga practice and the results vary from person to person depending on the individual. Frequent comments: “mind clarity” - “mind healing” - “full body vibrations” - “total relaxation and bliss”!
Don’t hold back, give it a try - you will probably want more!
