WHAT IS IT?
Thai massage (aka Thai yoga massage) is a sacred healing treatment that dates back to the second millennia BC. It is a form of bodywork that combines dynamic assisted stretching that may feel similar to Yoga postures, and applying physical pressure along specific lines in the body.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Thai massage can treat ailments such as headaches, knee pain, back, shoulder and neck pain, and premenstrual tension. It is also effective for numbness or loss of feeling in conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, or after a stroke. If you have any health concerns or are pregnant and are not sure if Thai massage is suitable for you, check with your doctor.

HOW IS A SESSION?
The experience is on a futon, fully clothed. Hands, thumbs, feet, and sometimes elbows are used to work energy lines of the body, and Yoga-type stretching movements are provided in a rhythmic rocking manner to help the recipient release deep and superficial tension and increase flexibility.
